This top was given to me by a bear who lives downstairs and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite pieces. I thought it might be cool to pair it with a long golden medallion but was afraid that that might be a little too much. I mean, the top is already pretty epic on its own.
My inspiration here is Noel Fielding of The Mighty Boosh. I've always admired his seemingly effortless synthesis of mod, punk, and goth. If I were the sort to wear pants I'd definitely wear skinny polka dotted ones like these. And if I had opposable thumbs and the ability to walk upright, I'd carry a brown leather doctor's bag like the one he's holding. I'd probably fill the bag up with cheap prescription drugs from Canada and then give them to elderly cats on fixed incomes who've been slighted by the American health care system.
